Between 20–24 October 2025, the international event Towards Collaborative Practice – Social Innovation Lab was held in Sarajevo, with the participation of Luca Szöőr-Fülöp from the HÉTFA Research Institute.
Organised by SALTO South East Europe, the programme brought together professionals from 17 countries working in the fields of youth support, education and social innovation to explore how Erasmus+ and youth work can contribute to strengthening employability, social entrepreneurship and innovative solutions.
Over the course of three days, inspiring presentations, collaborative workshops and local study visits enabled participants to learn through real-life examples how social innovation can be shaped within local contexts.
On the final day, new project ideas were developed, several of which are expected to evolve into concrete international collaborations in the coming months.
