On 28 November, the Lost Millennials consortium led by HETFA, organised its final conference, “Lost and Found: Reimagining Europe’s Employment Policies” in Brussels. The conference provided a platform for policymakers, researchers, and practitioners to discuss crucial employment policy issues concerning young people aged 25+ who are not in employment, education, or training (NEET).
Funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment, the Lost Millennials project aims to enhance understanding of the impacts of employment initiatives and contribute to the successful labor market integration of NEET individuals aged 25 and above.
The primary objectives of the conference included presenting research findings, outlining EU-level policy recommendations, and engaging in discussions on the most pressing issues faced by 25+ NEETs. Our experts shared insights gained from monitoring and evaluating initiatives targeting 25+ NEETs
This conference not only marked the successful conclusion of the Lost Millennials project but also facilitated meaningful discussions that will contribute to shaping future policies and initiatives for the labor market integration of 25+ NEETs.
The project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
