On 10 November 2023, the 3rd annual social policy conference entitled “Social Policy Responses: From Old Issues to The New Challenges” took place at the Faculty of Philosophy of Vilnius University in Lithuania. The aim of the conference was to analyse the responses, impacts, challenges and opportunities of social policy in response to various global and personal crises.

In the Youth Policy Challenges Parallel session, Luca Koltai, Research Director at HETFA presented the results of the synthesis report entitled “Evaluation of Initiatives Affecting 25+ NEETs in Nine Countries” prepared in the framework of the Lost Millennials project. The Lost Millennials project led by HETFA Research Insitute is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, through the EEA and Norway Grants, Fund for Youth Employment. The objective of the project is to contribute to the successful integration of 25+ NEETs to the labour market through increasing knowledge on the effects of employment initiatives on 25+ NEETs.
