The impact evaluation of the Interreg Romania-Hungary Programme between 2016-2022 will be carried out by HÉTFA and QURES, after their successful joint tender offer led by QURES to the Managing Authority. QURES, our partner from Romania, is specialised in development, management, monitoring and evaluation of public intervention.
In the framework of the impact evaluation, the expert team will evaluate the Interreg Programme in 8 counties, four in Romania (Satu Mare, Bihor, Arad, Timiș) and four in Hungary (Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Békés and Csongrád-Csanád) between 2016 and 2022. Our common objective is to improve through proper planning the quality of evaluations carried out during the programming period, to facilitate informed programme management and policy decisions aiming at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the programme and to ensure that evaluations provide inputs for relevant annual implementation reports.
The HÉTFA expert team is looking forward to complete this exciting new task and contribute to the development of the Interreg Programme.
