On the 26 February 2015, Attila Szép, political scientist, former employee of the Embassy of Slovakia in Budapest and Kiev was the guest of HÉTFA, who held a lecture titled “War of brothers in the neighbourhood – background, morals and security policy constraints”. The lecture depicted the factors defining the conflict, especially their history. Mr. Szép spoke also about the identiy questions and processes that define the Ukrainian society and economy since the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Besides, he reviewed the most important elements of the Ukrainian-Russian relations.
