I am working as a deputy director for science and research since 2019, thus part of my job is facilitating and empowering researchers and research teams at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University. I organize and plan administrative support mechanisms for researchers applying and implementing local and international research projects, help out with project management tasks and plan research policy at the departmental level.
