Marco Ferraro

Marco Ferraro is graduated in Languages for Interpreting and Translation and has a background experiences in international cooperation. He has a post-graduation master degree on European Project Management and SMEs internationalization processes. From January 2012 to July 2013 he has worked for the European Parliament Information Office in Rome, being responsible for Communication activities of the Office. His main activities included the communication strategy planning and activities of the Office and he also worked with the Press Office in tight cooperation with the Italian Members of the European Parliament. Since he joined APRE in September 2013 he has been specializing in international cooperation, Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions(MSCA) and European Research Council (ERC) programmes in Horizon 2020, giving him the role as National Contact Point (NCP) in APRE for both programmes. For MSCA, he is NCP for Italy since March 2014, for ERC, since September 2014. He is also involved in managing the following projects: Net4Mobility, Net4Mobility+, SiS.net2, SiS.net3 (HORIZON 2020) and INCOnet EaP (FP7). Last involvement was in the RESISTO project, where he is responsible for the dissemination and communication activities of the project and the financial and technical management of the project.
