George Papathanasiou is a EU, US and Sida Grants Manager .

He started working with EU financed projects in 2003, he is nowadays specialized in the management of EU Grants for scientific research under the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe.

George  holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia, Greece and a M.Sc. in Project Management from the University of Sunderland, UK, where his master’s dissertation elaborated the critical success and failure factors in EU-financed projects.
