Me in a Nutshell
I have over 10 years of professional experience as project grant manager of externally funded projects. With a sociological background and a focus on European institutions and international cooperation, I have a good attitude to adapt and collaborate within international and multidisciplinary contexts thanks to work, study and volunteering experiences both in Italy and abroad. I’m an expert who actively collaborates in a proactive manner with research groups and international partnerships, supporting workplan, management of tasks and deadlines based on Gantt and WBS and preparation  of reporting, monitors the use of resources and handles accounts ensuring the compliance with internal procedures, national legal framework and funding entities’ rules. I developed a strong propensity to teamwork, to autonomy and decision making with solid organizational, problem solving, time and resource management skills and stress resistance gained through work and volunteering experiences, as a member of the Board of Directors of Mandacarù Onlus ScS (Fair Trade organisation) and also as a single mother of a 10-year-old boy. I’m a good communicator, as well as public speaker, thanks to experiences as a trainer, event organizer and during oral presentations at project and review meetings.
