I have 10 years of experience in project management (in Malta and Hungary), especially in the following fields:

  • preparation of project proposals (financial part)
  • financial planning and monitoring during project implementation
  • review invoices, expenditure statements, requests for advance payment and reimbursement
  • reporting (progress reports, periodic reports, audits, on-the spot checks)
  • communication with project partners and the national authorities and institutions,
  • a few examples of the Programs I worked with: H2020, Erasmus+, Interreg DTP, Interreg CE, V4
