With a master’s degree in financial management, I started as a monitoring and reporting officer for EU-funded projects. After 10 years I took over the management of the Project office in a public research institute, implemented the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and am now learning project and programme evaluation with a focus on impact assessment.
My main responsibilities include organising and leading the team of RMAs, financial management in the application and implementation phases of the projects, ensuring that applications meet the requirements of the calls for proposals, reporting, liaising with auditors and managing the archives of national and international projects.
As the head of the Monitoring team for the follow-up and monitoring of co-funded projects under the ERA-NET programme, I have started to familiarise myself with the evaluation and impact assessment of EU projects and programmes.
