The team at HETFA consists of economists, political scientists and sociologists sharing theoretical and practical experience in social research, public administration and consultancy. Our directors and senior researchers have both a significant academic background in the related fields and important practical experience in evaluation, assessment, analysis, modelling, and decision-making support. Members of our team are familiar with international trends. They speak some 7 languages (English, French, German, Itallian, Russian, Czech, Romanian) and have good relations with foreign researchers.
