V4+WB Network of Research Managers and Administrators (RMAs)

Summary

The project aims to strengthen the network of Researchers Managers and Administrators (RMAs) from Visegrad Four (V4) and Western Balkan (WB) countries to contribute to their more successful participation in the next EU funded Research and Innovation (R&I) Framework Programme (FP), Horizon Europe (HE).

The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad+ Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe. The Visegrad+ Grants support projects which contribute to the democratization and transformation processes in selected countries and regions, especially non-EU member states in the Western Balkans and the Eastern Partnership countries.

If anything, I’ll be moving more towards LinkedIn away from here but feel that so far Twitter still serves its purpose well enough. Imho #Mastodon will never reach across sectors like Twitter established over the years also in the light of and for #OpenScience and #OpenAccess https://twitter.com/readermeter/status/1618999218739494914

Dario Taraborelli (@dartar@mastodon.social) @ReaderMeter

I was planning to transition to mastodon this month but anxiety about starting on a new platform from scratch combined with the birding crowd still actively posting here are making me stick to Twitter for now.

Cool to see this paper on #openscience metrics out in @PLOSBiology – through our partnership with @OA_Works we can collect 10 of these right now and the rest are in the works. DM us to see how we can help! https://journals.plos.org/plosbiology/article?id=10.1371/journal.pbio.3001949

Our CEO @TimHVines also gets a bit of airtime in this excellent article on #OpenScience by @JeffreyBrainard in @NewsfromScience: https://www.science.org/content/article/ready-set-share-researchers-brace-new-data-sharing-rules

When I'm not doing #ResearchManagement, this is what I get up to in my free time: More workshops, but of a different kind... #Salsa #Bachata #FestivalTime #Amsterdam #AISF
