The project called V4+WB Network of Research Managers and Administrators – coordinated by HETFA – aims to strengthen the network of Researchers Managers and Administrators (RMAs) from Visegrad 4 and Western Balkans to contribute to their more successful participation in the current EU-funded Research and Innovation Framework Programme, Horizon Europe (HE).
As the project is approaching to end of its funded phase, the partnership is organising the final conference. The event will take place in person in Budapest on 30-31 March 2022 targeting RMAs, institution leaders (from Higher Education Institutions and Research Performing Organizations) and policy-makers.
The conference will focus on the RMA profession, its recognition, current status and challenges in the V4+WB countries. The conference will provide opportunity for networking, knowledge exchange and skill development of RMA professionals and will include a summary presentation about the project, its impact and possible ways of maintaining the network. Furthermore, the conference aims to launch a dialogue among regional and national decision-makers to pave the way towards more favourable conditions for Research Managers and Administrators.
Thanks to the CEI Cooperation Grant, we will be able to provide funding for participants not only from the V4 and WB countries but also from countries covered by the Central European Initiative.
